We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. We understand that may wish to return a product to us. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer such as the 2008 Qatar Consumer Protection Law and the 2010 Decree-Law on the Promulgation of the Electronic Commerce and Transactions Law. This policy shall apply to all order submitted through the Amlark Trading & Services shopping platform.
All the products are tested and inspected before shipping by our inspection team, in order to make sure our customers receive the best and high-quality products
Under the 2008 Qatar Consumer Protection Law you have the right to return a product or ask for a replacement, if a defect is discovered in the product or if the product is unfit for its purpose or not as described. You have three (3) days from the discovery of the defect, to notify us by written email (email@example.com ) that you intend to be refunded or ask for a replacement.
The SHIPPING COST WILL BE BORNE BY THE BUYER if a buyer is liable to return the product as per the Article No.2.
Please note that under this policy you do not have any other right to return the product, ask for a replacement or otherwise rescind the contract, except in the case mentioned at Article No.2.
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product, we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product.
After placing the order, if you feel that you would like to cancel it, you can sign in to your account and cancel your order or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org one hour from the time of placing. If the order is shipped, you have to wait till the order arrives on your door, and then you may request to return the order as per the Article No.2.
All the orders are delivered in two (2) to max seven (7) working days on-time delivery. If you do not receive your purchase within 10 days, you can ask for a full refund.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you under this policy. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
